The long ventilator suited on the ventilation shaft at the top of the back extracts the air out of the vivarium. Fresh air will be entering through the holes underneath the sliding panel.
The square ventilator located at the back of the hood will blow the warm air from the lighting system against the front glass of the vivarium, so preventing condensation of the glass and bringing warm air into the vivarium.
